My favorite thing to do is help you cast, create and capture your vision. Many people feel nervous being photographed (me included!), but I've found the best pictures happen when we are just enjoying the present moment. That's not always easy, so my goal is to connect where you feel the most comfortable and start there. With families, it's often connecting with one another and the moments that come with that. With branding, it's the love and passion for what you do and who you serve. I am a fan of mixing perfect and imperfect images into your gallery. I think silly outtakes, candid moments, an unbridled laugh or an imperfectly composed moment can be just as beautiful as a moment of perfect smiles and beautiful backdrops.
I want to capture who you are right now in this very moment because this moment is all we have.

The concept of art as a tool for healing is also a big part of my life. Big life changes created space for me to become a trained Mindful Meditation Teacher through Charlotte Meditation/Youth Meditation and in 2022 I became a Reiki Master. Shortly after receiving my first attunement, SpiritWorks Soul portraits started flowing through me and my desire to tattoo was reignited. Time and the universe have an interesting way of flipping everything upside down to set things right so I know for sure that my landing at Haylo to begin my apprenticeship in 2016 was predestined.
